Cortex designed and facilitated a 2-day workshop with board, staff, elders and other community members of a First Nations Tribal Council, to develop a strategic framework for integrated resource management.
Participants identified major trends shaping their operating environment, key elements of their 4-year vision for integrated resource management, the major obstacles to be overcome, potential strategies to implement, and 1-, 3-, and 5-year measurable accomplishments for key strategies to achieve their vision.
Following the workshop, we debriefed the workshop with staff, and facilitated a SWOT session focusing on a priority issue for the department.
