Brennan is a writer, researcher, and storyteller who specializes in crafting narrative from a variety of oral, visual, and archival sources. A published author and photographer whose work has been featured in newspapers both local (Revelstoke Current, Vancouver Province) and national (National Post, Diversity Reporter), Brennan has interviewed dozens of people, across many cultures, in order to better understand their stories and how they shape the world.

As the office manager of Cortex, Brennan has proven to be effective, reliable, and adaptable to whatever situations may arise, from organizing complex travel plans for staff and clients, to traveling internationally himself in order to hand-deliver sensitive documents.

As administrative support for secretariat clients, Brennan has organized and maintained document archives, internal websites, and expense reports. He has also organized meetings in many locations, ensuring participants have a supportive and productive working environment within established budgetary guidelines. Brennan also provides calm technical support to online meetings using platforms such as GoToMeeting.
